Set of 6 Vintage Minton Ancestral Rimmed Soup Bowls c.1950’s – 1990’s

Absolutely beautiful 8” rimmed soup bowls from Minton in “Ancestral” pattern which has become Minton’s signature pattern of all time.  Pure white bone china decorated with raised, hand enamelled red and blue flowers on a floral transfer background.

Ancestral was such a well loved pattern that it was in production from the 1950’s to the 1990’s when it was discontinued.

Gently fluted rims, finished with gilding.

Pre-owned but condition is superb.  No damage or marks and little, if any, signs of use.  Probably only used less than a handful of times, if at all.
