Postage and Shipping

POSTAGE PRICING

By their very nature, postage and shipping prices are volatile and may be subject to change. Generally, prices are automatically calculated by total parcel weight which may be as follows:

Up to 2 Kg / Up to 5 Kg / Up to 10 Kg / Up to 15 Kg

If postage calculated at checkout seems unreasonable, please contact us for a specific quote (especially International)

If your country is not included in one of our postage zones, please contact us for a quote as we do ship all over the World. We do not, however, ship to China, Russia, or war torn countries.

PACKAGING

Vintage and Pretty have been shipping antiques and delicate items of china and glass all over the World for 25+ years so you can be assured your purchases will reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that they don't, we will offer a full refund on receipt of photographs of any damage, including condition of packaging. We are aware that some items are just too delicate to suffer the rigours of mis-handling by couriers but these are very few and far between.

Your purchases will be very well wrapped and protected using shredded paper, polystyrene peanuts and / or air bags as appropriate. Generally, we pack in new cardboard boxes but sometimes, in an attempt to recycle where possible, we may use second hand boxes if we have any of suitable strength and size.
