Wild Bros - Shop

Wild Bros were China manufacturer operating in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, England.

In 1904 Thomas Clarke Wild and his brothers purchased the business of Adderley & Lawson and formed Wild Bros. to manufacture good quality but lower priced china tea ware.

In 1916, on the death of Thomas, the partnership was dissolved and carried on by James Shelley Wild who renamed the company as Salisbury Crown China Works in 1927.

In 1961, the company was taken over by Thomas Poole (Royal Stafford China) and operated as a subsidiary of Gladstone China.

Early Wild Bros pieces are considerably sought after.  They are becoming rarer as time passes.
