Vintage Breakfast Set. Crown Staffordshire "Christmas Roses" Pattern. 5-Pieces. Large Breakfast Cup. c.1930's

This selection of 5 pieces of china has been put together to form a breakfast set for one and consists of the following:

Breakfast Plate (9” diameter)

Cereal Bowl (6” top rim diameter x 2” deep)

Large Breakfast Cup (4” top rim diameter x 3” deep)

Large Breakfast Saucer (6¼” diameter)

Egg Cup 2½” tall.

There are currently 2 almost identical sets available listed separately with slightly smaller (8½”) plates.

The Crown Staffordshire Christmas Rose pattern was introduced in 1901 but this set probably dates from around the 1930’s.  The pattern is characterised by its floral design featuring Lenten roses, white hellebore, with gilded handles and rims.

All pieces are in excellent, undamaged, vintage condition with little or no signs of wear.
