This cake plate manufactured by A B Jones & Son under their Royal Grafton trade name dates from the 1950’s.

It features the ‘newer’ Indian Tree pattern but is a little unusual as it is not so highly coloured as most of the Indian Tree patterns are.  The pattern is transfer printed then hand painted over in just pink with the odd touch of blue.  Gilded central band and gilding to rim.

Measures 9¾”  x 9¼” including handles.

Good vintage condition with no damage.
